New Flood Map Viewer
As of April 29, 2011: Volusia County has received the
preliminary flood maps for Volusia County from FEMA. These maps
include proposed revisions to the flood maps currently in effect.
These maps will become effective for regulating development and for
flood insurance purposes following the review, comment, and appeal
period in approximately six – nine months.
On this page is an online searchable flood map which
allows you to type in your address or property id number to see your
parcel on an interactive map in relation to the high-risk flood
areas.
